Returns, Exchange and Refunds

We understand that anything can happen during shipping and handling of products as well as  you as the customer simply changing your mind. As such, we'll be highlighting our shipping and returns options and more below.

 

1. Returns

If your order is delivered and you find that you're not impressed with the quality of the item and wish to return or exchange it, simply reach out to us with adequate proof that the item isn't damaged. You will then be provided with a return address for the item which we'll cover the cost for.

 

2. Exchange

Once your original item has been returned to us you are then free to choose whether or not you want a refund or an exchange item of equal value. Simply reach out to us with the item you wish to exchange for and we'll have it shipped out to you.

 

3. Refunds

If your item arrives damaged (meaning ripped or stained) or defective (meaning its not working) we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund once you've submitted substantial evidence to back your claim within 30 days of it being delivered.
